TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by LuxZone LLC.
ORDER VERIFICATION
The Customer / Purchaser confirms that all products, models, sizes, finishes, glass selections, hardware, swing direction, and specifications listed in the Sales Order or Sales Quote have been reviewed and approved.
LuxZone LLC is not responsible for sizing errors, incorrect measurements, or product selection errors made by the Customer, contractor, architect, designer, or third party.
STORAGE POLICY
Orders not picked up within five (5) business days after notification of availability at LuxZone warehouse may be subject to a weekly storage fee of twenty percent (20%) of the total order value.
BACKORDERS & AVAILABILITY
Manufacturer or supplier backorders may occur without prior notice. LuxZone is not responsible for production or material shortages beyond our control.
INSTALLATION
If installation services are included, installation is governed by a separate written agreement between the Customer and LuxZone LLC.
LuxZone is not responsible for installation performed by third parties or by the Customer.
Warranty may be voided if products are improperly installed by non-professional installers.
DELAYS
Estimated lead times (including estimated 10–16 week production times unless otherwise stated) are approximate and not guaranteed.
Shipping, freight, customs, or manufacturer delays may occur without prior notice. LuxZone has no control over third-party shipping or production delays.
DAMAGES & CLAIMS
All damages must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of pickup, delivery, or installation.
Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted.
All claims must be submitted in writing to:

Claims must include:
* Clear photos of damage
* Description of issue
* Copy of invoice or order number
LuxZone warranty does not cover labor costs, removal, reinstallation, or shipping expenses related to replacements or repairs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No returns or exchanges are accepted after fourteen (14) days from date of purchase.
All approved returns are subject to a twenty-five to thirty-five percent (25%-35%) restocking fee.
Returned stock materials must:
* Be unused
* Be in original packaging
* Show no signs of installation or damage
SPECIAL ORDER / CUSTOM / NON-STOCK items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
LuxZone reserves the right to amend return policies at any time.
PAYMENT TERMS
Upon approval of the Estimate or Sales Order, an eighty percent (50%) deposit is required to initiate production or order placement.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to product release, pickup, or delivery.
Accepted payment methods:
* Check
* Cash
* Credit Card
Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
All materials remain the property of LuxZone LLC until paid in full.
Any unpaid balance past the due date will incur a ten percent (10%) monthly finance charge.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically 24 months unless otherwise specified).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty does NOT cover:
* Labor
* Shipping
* Improper installation
* Misuse
* Negligence
* Structural movement
* Water intrusion caused by improper flashing or sealing
* Unauthorized modifications
Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Manufacturers may update or modify product design. Delivered products may slightly vary from showroom samples or catalogs.
EXTERIOR DOORS WITH PULL BAR
LuxZone is not responsible for electrical wiring or connections performed by others.
Service or adjustment for products installed by third parties:
$150 per hour + $100 trip charge.
Debris removal or waste disposal is not included in installation unless agreed upon in writing.
